That being said, the title could have used a much better font. This is because blue and orange are opposite each other on the color wheel, which creates that contrast. The same thing applies to the logo and the album name. The color of the background contrasts with the woman, which is why your eye is drawn to her. Aside from the title and name of the album, the album is almost monochromatic in the color scheme this causes your eye to be drawn to the scantily clad woman dead center (nothing against that, I do appreciate it myself). I particularly like this album art, and does reflect the album title rather decently. Valley of the Damned: Something I'm going to point out right away is that quite a few albums around this time have a similar style of artwork to this, which isn't bad at all. I will do the album by album analysis first. This week is Dragonforce (if you haven't figured out from the title and the image above). Next week is Kamelot, and the planned ones are Blind Guardian, Nightwish, Alestorm, and Iron Mask. The requirement is that the band has to have four studio albums or are planning to release a fourth album some time this year. If you want to suggest a band for me to do, then suggest away. That being said, I will briefly mention them and say whether I prefer it over the original Only original versions of covers will be discussed in-depth, not special edition or rereleases. I will use subjective ratings as well, for individual albums as well as overall (this will not be the average, and I will explain why).

I'm not an expert, so feel free to take this with a grain of salt. This will not be a discussion on whether or not the songs from the album are qood or not, but I may mention how the album artwork ties in with the overall theme. The opinions expressed are my own and are subjective because of it. Okay, I'm planning every Sunday to do an analysis of a band's album art and how it is overall as well as album by album.
